NAUTILUS UK assistant general secretary Mark Dickinson is pictured left and below gearing up for a gruelling fund-raising ride in Africa this month.
He spent a day of intense practice on Salisbury Plain ahead of a 2,500km, 14-day trek through dusty and demanding roads in southern Africa in support of five charities in Africa and the UK.
